Job summary

Arch Global Services in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead system design for high-scale platforms. You will contribute to both frontend React/Angular applications and Node.js microservices, shaping architecture and collaborating with product teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will work with MongoDB, AWS SNS/SQS, and observability tools to ensure reliability and performance, while mentoring others and driving best practices across the stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience with leadership on complex, high-scale platforms.
• Proven ability to define architectural principles and drive engineering best practices across a team.
• Experience making high-impact design decisions with clear trade-offs among scalability, cost, and maintainability.
• Strong data modeling skills for clean and scalable schemas.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and building production microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system design for high-scale backend platforms and define lifecycle ownership.
• Design and evolve RESTful and event-driven APIs used internally and by partners.
• Develop and maintain frontend features with React/Angular and Node.js backends.
• Design data models and schemas that evolve with product requirements.
• Implement monitoring and observability using CloudWatch, Sentry, and distributed tracing.
• Resolve production incidents end-to-end from UI to service layer.
