Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a passionate Senior Full Stack Engineer to own both frontend and backend, spanning React/Angular and Node.js microservices, helping to build, scale, and maintain the platform.

You will shape technical strategy, define architecture, and collaborate with product and growth teams to translate business goals into engineering outcomes, working in a distributed, async environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• Proven ability to define architectural principles and drive engineering best practices across a team.
• Experience with Node.js and MongoDB at scale.
• Strong frontend proficiency with React and/or Angular 2+.
• Strong observability and testing mindset across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system design for high-scale backend platforms.
• Define architectural principles and engineering best practices.
• Make high-impact design decisions balancing scalability, performance, cost, and maintainability.
• Design data models that are well-structured and scalable.
• Develop and maintain full stack features across frontend and backend.
