Job summary

Bridgit is a leading Australian fintech enabling property equity access. You will shape the frontend experience of our lending platform, collaborating with product and engineering to translate ideas into intuitive interfaces for customers, brokers, and internal tools.

You will help raise UI/UX standards, contribute to front‑end code quality, and mentor teammates, while delivering features end‑to‑end in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a frontend developer.
• Strong knowledge of ReactJS, Next.js and React Native.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and responsive design.
• Experience shipping mobile apps and Expo workflows.
• Experience integrating with APIs and third‑party services.
• Familiar with App Store and Google Play release processes.
• Experience with AI‑driven solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop high‑performing frontend interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to implement features across customer and internal tools.
• Write robust, well‑tested code and proactively refactor for quality.
• Contribute to design and code reviews and mentor peers.
• Lead end‑to‑end ownership of features from architecture to delivery.
