Job summary

Mode Mobile, LLC is seeking a Senior Fraud Analyst to protect our AI-driven reward ecosystem. You will review fraud signals, investigate accounts, and analyze MMP data to halt fraud while preserving legitimate user experiences.

You will partner with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Growth, and our partners to implement robust safeguards and data-driven decisions. The role emphasizes ownership, high accuracy under incomplete data, and clear communication to leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in fraud analysis, trust and safety, risk, or related analytics roles.
• Experience investigating accounts and deciding fraud status.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills with ability to explain findings.
• Experience with MMP data such as Singular/AppsFlyer/Adjust is a plus.
• Fluent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Review fraud data daily across rewarded apps to identify risky behavior.
• Investigate accounts and decide fraudulent status with documented reasoning.
• Review redemptions and payouts for warning signs to prevent fraud.
• Analyze MMP data to identify invalid traffic and fraudulent sources.
• Collaborate with Growth/Product/Engineering to implement fraud safeguards.
• Build dashboards and reports showing fraud impact and metrics.
