Qualifications

• Knowledge of common fraud typologies (account takeover, identity theft).
• Experience with fraud detection tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Claude or similar large language model tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor transactions and customer accounts to identify and investigate suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Utilize fraud detection tools to identify emerging fraud trends and patterns.
