Qualifications

• CPA preferred and BS Accountancy degree.
• Minimum 5 years FP&A experience in BPO/shared services.
• Strong cost allocations knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Consolidate financial plans with business units.
• Monitor spending vs. budget and flag variances.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for service costs.
• Provide financial reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities.
