Job Vacancy Phil in Quezon City seeks a Senior Manager for Financial Planning and Analysis. You will lead FP&A activities, oversee budgeting, and manage a team while owning SAP Analytics Cloud for financial insights.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA, has 6–7 years in financial analysis and reporting, and has exposure to corporate finance and M&A. This is a direct hire opportunity in a senior leadership role.

Qualifications

• CPA with 6–7 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and consolidation.
• Background in corporate finance, with exposure to mergers & acquisitions.
• Senior Manager level with people leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Track and report financial performance vs. budget/forecast, highlighting key trends.
• Prepare regular reports (month-end, quarterly, cash flow, and ad hoc analyses).
• Lead the annual budgeting process, including consolidation and presentation to leadership.
• Review budgets and projects, flag risks, and recommend improvements.
• Work with different teams to align financial plans with business needs.
• Oversee SAP Analytics Cloud as system owner.
