Job summary

Our Clients in Cebu City is seeking an FP&A Assistant Manager to drive comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will partner with business leaders to monitor performance, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights that guide strategic decisions.

The role requires advanced Excel, Power BI, and ERP system experience (SAP preferred), plus the ability to present clear analytics to stakeholders. Supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy required.
• Must be a CPA.
• 2–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, management accounting, or financial reporting.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) and Power BI experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyze financial performance by reviewing trends, variances, and drivers.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and other indicators to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support business decisions.
• Develop financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.
• Partner with business units to identify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial performance.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Ensure the integrity and reliability of financial data used for planning and analysis.
