Job summary

Republic Cement is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our Finance Team and support budgeting, rolling forecasts, reporting, and performance management across our operations in the Philippines.

You will build and refine financial models, prepare management analyses, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive improvements. A background in manufacturing finance and strong Excel/Power BI skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of FP&A experience
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and business partnering abilities
• Experience in management reporting and variance analysis

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning activities

What You'll Do

• Support annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning activities
• Prepare management reports, financial analyses, and business performance reviews
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and drive performance
• Develop and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement and reporting automation initiatives

What We're Looking For

2-5 years of experience in:

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Management Reporting
• General Accounting
• Controllership
• Other related Finance functions

Strong background in:

• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Financial Analysis and Variance Analysis
• Management Reporting
• Financial Statements and Business Performance Analysis

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Power BI (preferred)
• ERP Systems experience (JDE/ExQL is an advantage)

Preferred Background:

• Manufacturing, Industrial, or Business Finance environment
