Job summary

Belo Medical Group is seeking a strategic FP&A Manager to lead our FP&A team and report to the CFO, overseeing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to drive business performance.

The role partners closely with finance, commercial, and clinical operations to articulate performance narratives, provide actionable insights, and build robust reporting using Excel, SQL, Tableau and Power BI. On-site in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
• 5-7 years of finance experience with focus on FP&A.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present to non-financial stakeholders; advanced PowerPoint skills expected.
• Excel proficiency; ERP experience with MS Dynamic 365 required.
• Leadership experience with mentoring finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure alignment with goals.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and investment decisions.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
• Collaborate with business units to gather inputs for forecasts and budgets.
• Support strategic initiatives with profitability and cost analysis.
