Job summary

Filinvest Development Corporation seeks a senior FP&A/strategy professional to drive governance standards across BU Finance teams. The role focuses on management reporting, CAPEX analysis, and alignment with the Group CFO/EXCOM, delivering a single source of truth.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in FP&A or corporate finance with multi‑BU exposure, strong communication skills, and a degree in finance or related fields.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years FP&A/strategy/corporate finance with multi‑BU exposure.
• Strong executive communication and governance orientation.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own part of FP&A governance including management reports, analysis and CAPEX.
• Synthesize BU forecasts into a Group view and present to executives/boards.
• Build and maintain CAPEX prioritization framework and review major business cases.
• Partner with Treasury to translate CAPEX into funding plans.
• Own executive reporting standards and lead capability-building across BUs.
