Job summary

Aprio’s Finance Team in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, and special projects across the firm’s finance and operations functions. This role will work closely with the U.S.-based CFO team, providing analytical insights, data management, and process support to enable informed decision-making at the leadership level.

Qualifications

Amenable to work night shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
Amenable to a hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite and 3 days WFH), with full-time onsite work required during the first 2 months.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analytics.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) and PowerPoint.
Experience with ERP and planning/reporting tools such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, or similar platforms.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively across time zones and collaborate with U.S.-based teams.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Support the Office of the CFO in Preparing and Analyzing Monthly Financial Results, Management Reports, and Operational Dashboards.
Collaborate with the CFO to gather, organize, and analyze monthly financial data and present findings clearly for leadership.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple business units and entities.
Develop budgets and forecasts; analyze variances and suggest corrective actions.
Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A and Operations to collect and validate data for consolidated reporting.
Support M&A-related financial integrations and post-acquisition analysis.
Create process documentation and pursue automation and efficiency improvements.
Engage in ad hoc projects and strategic analyses with leadership.
