Job summary

Sun Life Philippines is seeking an FP&A professional to support budgeting, forecasting and reporting, reporting to the Sr. FP&A Manager to deliver timely, insightful analyses that drive cost efficiency across SLGS Philippines.

You will collaborate with business units, develop dashboards and KPIs, highlight risks and opportunities, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and at least five years in FP&A, ideally in a BPO/shared services context, is required.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy graduate, CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in FP&A, preferably in a BPO/shared services.
• Strong cost allocations and intercompany knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting with cross-unit inputs.
• Review budget availability and monitor spending against plan.
• Prepare monthly recovery reports with variance analysis.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor costs and efficiency.
• Provide financial insights to business partners.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
