Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in FP&A or manufacturing finance, advanced Excel, and experience with SAP or Oracle ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, Financial Analysis, Manufacturing Finance, or similar role.
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor/electronics industries preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Help prepare annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Review monthly financial performance and explain variances vs budgets/forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs (materials, labor, overhead, subcontracting).
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and models for management."
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Procurement to assess financial impact of initiatives.
• Evaluate investments, equipment purchases, and capital expenditures.
