Lennor Metier is seeking an FP&A professional in Laguna, Philippines, for an onsite role focused on budgeting, forecasts, and manufacturing finance. You will analyze costs, prepare reports, and support strategic financial planning.

The role requires collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, and Engineering to assess financial impact and drive performance. Compensation is negotiable for highly qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, financial analysis, manufacturing finance, or similar.
• Experience in manufacturing, especially semiconductor/electronics.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with ERP SAP, Oracle, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare the company’s annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Review monthly financial performance and explain differences vs budget/forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, overhead, and subcontracting.
• Prepare financial reports, management presentations, dashboards, and financial models for management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, and other departments to assess financial impact.
• Evaluate investments, equipment purchases, automation projects and other capital expenditures.
