Job summary

Lennor Metier in Laguna, Philippines, is seeking an experienced FP&A professional onsite. You will prepare budgets, forecasts and long-term plans; review monthly performance and explain variances; monitor manufacturing costs and build financial models and dashboards for management.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in FP&A or related roles, strong Excel skills, and ERP experience such as SAP or Oracle. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Engineering to drive informed business

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years of FP&A or related experience in manufacturing environments.
Advanced Excel and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle).

Responsibilities

Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Review monthly performance and explain variances vs. budget/forecasts.
Monitor manufacturing costs including materials, labor, overhead, and subcontracting.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and models for management.
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Procurement to assess financial impact.
Evaluate capital investments and automation projects for financial benefit.
