Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of FP&A or related analytical experience.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Monthly Close Ownership: Lead preparation and review of journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Variance and Cost Analysis: Analyze cost, spend, and volume variances and highlight actionable insights.
• Forecasting and Planning: Maintain and improve financial models and support forecasting cycles.
• Reporting and Financial Visibility: Develop and enhance recurring reports and dashboards for transparency.
• Process Improvement and Automation: Identify manual processes and implement automation to improve efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Business Partnership: Provide analytical support to finance and operations stakeholders.
• Decision Support: Translate analysis into clear recommendations and prioritize actions.
