Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Planning to drive external manufacturing planning processes, own close cycles, and deliver actionable insights that optimize financial decisions.

You will build and improve financial models, support forecasting cycles, and develop dashboards to increase visibility across the business. The role requires 4+ years in FP&A, strong Excel skills, and experience with SAP and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years FP&A or related analytical role.
• Strong Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data structuring.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and close processes.
• Experience building reports or dashboards that improve team visibility and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close ownership: journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications with accuracy and compliance.
• Perform detailed variance and cost analysis; investigate root causes and quantify impact.
• Maintain and improve financial models; support forecasting cycles and strengthen forecast accuracy.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards; reconcile data across systems.
• Identify manual or repetitive processes and implement automation or improvements to increase efficiency and insight.
• Provide analytical support to finance and operations stakeholders to connect results to drivers.
