Job summary

Analog Devices is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Planning to support External Manufacturing Operations. You will lead close activities, perform cost variances, and strengthen forecasting with robust models and dashboards.

The role requires 4+ years in FP&A or manufacturing finance, strong Excel, and ERP experience. You will partner with finance and operations to drive actionable insights and improve financial visibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
4+ years FP&A, manufacturing finance, or related analytical role.
Strong Excel skills with advanced formulas and pivot tables.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monthly Close Ownership: lead journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications with accuracy.
Variance and Cost Analysis: investigate root causes and quantify financial impact.
Forecasting and Planning: maintain models and strengthen forecast accuracy.
Reporting and Visibility: develop dashboards and reconcile data across systems.
Process Improvement: identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
Cross-Functional Partnership: support finance and operations stakeholders.
Decision Support: translate analysis into clear recommendations for leadership.
