Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Senior Corporate FP&A Analyst to lead planning, budgeting, and performance management across corporate functions. The role partners with senior leadership to translate strategy into financial plans and actionable insights.

You will deliver executive‑level reports, drive data‑driven decision making, and help optimize costs in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
8–10 years of relevant Finance experience.
Experience in variance analysis and annual budgeting process.
Consolidation experience at a large multinational is preferred.
Experience with Oracle/SAP ERP, Hyperion and/or OneStream is preferred.
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budget, rolling forecast, and long‑range planning for corporate functions.
Deliver variance analysis on actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods.
Prepare executive dashboards and presentations for senior management.
Partner with leaders to drive data‑driven decision making and cost optimization.
Establish and improve FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies.
Support junior FP&A team members and promote best practices.
