Regal Rexnord is seeking a Corporate FP&A Analyst, Senior to provide strategic financial insights, lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across corporate functions. This role partners with senior leadership to drive financial discipline, performance management, and value creation while delivering executive-level reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
8–10 years of relevant Finance experience.
Experience with variance analysis and annual budgeting processes.
Consolidation experience in a large, multi-national company preferred.
Experience with Oracle/SAP ERP, Hyperion and/or OneStream preferred; strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range strategic planning for corporate functions.
Deliver variance analyses on actuals vs. budget and forecast; prepare executive dashboards and presentations.
Serve as a trusted finance partner to corporate functions and business leaders; drive data-driven decision making.
Establish FP&A governance, tools, and methodologies; partner with Accounting for alignment between management reporting and financial statements.
Support junior FP&A team members and promote best practices in financial analysis and executive storytelling.
