Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Corporate FP&A team in a hybrid onsite role based in Metro Manila. You will assist with financial planning, reporting and analysis, using data to provide business insights and support decision making.

Key responsibilities include month-end close support, variance analysis, forecasts, dashboards, intercompany and cost allocation, and collaboration with global stakeholders to drive process improvements within corporate finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• 2-4 years FP&A experience.
• High proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with consolidation/reporting tools such as Esker, Blackline, Oracle BI or OneStream.

Responsibilities

• Support updating month-end closing reports from multiple data sources.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities within SLA.
• Manage freight, intercompany, and charge-out processes for corporate finance operations.
