Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Corporate FP&A Analyst, Senior to provide strategic financial insights, lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across corporate functions. This role partners with senior leadership to drive financial discipline, performance management, and value creation while delivering executive-level reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • 8–10 years of relevant Finance experience.
  • Experience with variance analysis and annual budgeting processes.
  • Consolidation experience in a large, multi-national company preferred.
  • Experience with Oracle/SAP ERP, Hyperion and/or OneStream preferred; strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills.

  • Lead annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range strategic planning for corporate functions.
  • Deliver variance analyses on actuals vs. budget and forecast; prepare executive dashboards and presentations.
  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to corporate functions and business leaders; drive data-driven decision making.
  • Establish FP&A governance, tools, and methodologies; partner with Accounting for alignment between management reporting and financial statements.
  • Support junior FP&A team members and promote best practices in financial analysis and executive storytelling.

You’ll work in a hybrid model, onsite at your designated Regal Rexnord location, with flexibility to work remotely.

Position Summary

The Corporate FP&A Analyst, Senior is responsible for providing strategic financial insights, division‑wide planning, and performance management to support executive decision‑making. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to drive financial discipline, long‑range value creation, and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Forecasting
  • Lead the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long‑range strategic planning processes for corporate functions
  • Translate strategic priorities into financial plans, scenarios, and performance targets
Financial Analysis & Performance Management
  • Deliver insightful variance analysis on actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods
  • Prepare executive‑level reporting, dashboards, and presentations for senior management
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and key business drivers; provide actionable recommendations
Business Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to corporate functions and business leaders
  • Challenge assumptions, drive accountability, and influence decision‑making through data‑driven insights
  • Support new initiatives, cost optimization programs, and productivity improvements
Governance & Controls
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial data across planning and reporting processes
  • Establish and continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure alignment between management reporting and financial statements
Leadership & Development
  • Support other junior FP&A team members, fostering a high‑performance culture
  • Promote best practices in financial analysis, storytelling, and executive communication
Professional Experience / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant Finance experience
  • Relevant experience in variance analysis and the annual budgeting process
  • Consolidation experience at a large, multi-national company is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Oracle/SAP ERP system, Hyperion and/or OneStream is strongly preferred. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze large amounts of data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills
  • Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, cross functional team environment
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize a broad range of responsibilities
  • Insightful ability to identify trends and themes for continuous improvement across the function
  • Ability to overcome obstacles and achieve objectives, changing direction along the way to achieve business objectives
  • Motivated by and thrives in a fast‑paced environment with frequent ad hoc requests and changing priorities.
  • Global manufacturing experience strongly preferred, not required
