Origo BPO (Phils) Limited, Inc. seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to scale the finance organization amid rapid growth. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning while partnering with CFO and controllers.

The role emphasizes problem solving, initiative, and delivering accurate analyses in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of FP&A experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with multiple finance systems (OneStream a plus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Experience with finance systems; OneStream is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex modeling, pivots, macros, and data visuals.
• Excellent English communication and business acumen.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead development/maintenance of financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
• Analyze performance, trends, and drivers to support exec decisions.
• Support annual budgeting cycles across units/locations.
• Perform variance analysis, provide insights, and identify drivers.
• Develop financial dashboards, reports, and senior management presentations.
• Offer recommendations on cost optimization, revenue growth, and efficiency.
• Conduct scenario analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements and system optimizations.
