Job summary

AGENTSSTACK PTE. LTD. in the Philippines is seeking a Principal, Forward Deployed AI Systems to lead end-to-end AI architecture, deployment, and advisory for banking clients across SEA, the UAE, and the United States.

The role combines Site Reliability Engineering, AI systems architecture, and cybersecurity to deliver auditable, regulatory-ready solutions with strong client advisory capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying enterprise AI systems in regulated banking environments.
• Strong knowledge of SRE practices, observability, and incident response.
• Familiarity with data protection and cybersecurity for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy multi-agent AI systems for banking clients including fraud triage and AML workflows.
• Establish AI evaluation pipelines with auditable, explainable production decisions.
• Oversee end-to-end deployment lifecycle from architecture to production rollout and knowledge transfer.
• Lead incident response and ensure regulator-ready post-incident reviews.
• Govern change management, release processes, and continuity planning for AI platforms.
• Lead discovery engagements with CISOs and CROs across multiple regions.
