You will turn business challenges into technical implementations, delivering automation, agents, and integrations.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AI, automation, and software development, and excels at rapid prototyping, POC work, and cross-functional collaboration with business teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Engineering.
2-5 years of experience in software development, AI engineering, automation, or related technical role.
Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations.
Workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate.

Responsibilities

Identify business processes that can be improved through AI and automation.
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, agents, and automated workflows.
Integrate LLMs, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms into business systems.
Build and test prototypes and POC solutions rapidly.
Connect AI solutions with existing business applications and workflows.
Troubleshoot and optimize AI applications, APIs, integrations, and automation processes.
Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Continuously evaluate new AI tools, models, frameworks, and automation technologies.
Document solutions, workflows, integrations, and implementation procedures.
Collaborate with developers, operations, and management to deploy solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with strong experience in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and software development to design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions for real-world business operations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can understand business challenges, translate them into technical solutions, and rapidly develop AI applications, automated workflows, integrations, and internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

Identify business processes that can be improved through AI and automation.
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, agents, and automated workflows.
Integrate LLMs, APIs, databases, and third-party platforms into business systems.

2-5 years of experience in software development, AI engineering, automation, solutions engineering, or a related technical role.
Experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations.
Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, prompt engineering, or tool/function calling is a strong advantage.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms, databases, Git, Docker, or CI/CD is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and quickly learn new technologies.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
