• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science/Technology or related field; Master’s or PhD is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in food research, development, or manufacturing.
• Certifications in QA/food safety are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• In-depth product R&D strategy understanding and execution.
• Pilot plant testing, scale-up, shelf-life studies, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of FDA and local/international labeling laws.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to launch with budgets/timelines.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, procurement and QA.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer feedback for innovations.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and BOM-related software.
