Job summary

The Studio Bridge is seeking a Senior Creative Finished Artist with extensive commercial FMCG packaging artwork experience to rebuild, refine and prepare production-ready packaging designs. You will ensure typography, spacing, alignment, and brand consistency across SKUs for international brands.

This role is not traditional graphic design; you will spot inconsistencies, improve artwork while preserving original design intent, and work closely with Project Managers, QA and Designers to deliver

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' commercial FMCG packaging artwork experience.
• Proven experience adapting packaging artwork across multiple SKUs and product ranges.
• Commercial FMCG packaging portfolio required. Applications without packaging examples will not be considered.
• Advanced Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign skills.
• Excellent typography, layout and visual refinement skills.
• Strong understanding of commercial print and packaging production.
• Exceptional attention to detail and visual judgement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild approved packaging designs into high-quality production artwork.
• Adapt artwork across multiple SKUs while maintaining complete consistency.
• Refine typography, spacing, alignment and layout to achieve the highest visual standard.
• Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork following client and printer specifications.
• Review artwork for quality, accuracy and brand consistency before release.
• Identify visual inconsistencies and recommend improvements where appropriate.
• Work closely with Project Managers, QA and Designers to deliver projects on time.
• Support packaging design development and creative refinement where required.
