This is a specialist FMCG Packaging Artwork role. Proven commercial packaging artwork experience is essential.
We're looking for a Senior Creative Finished Artist with extensive commercial FMCG packaging artwork experience and an exceptional design eye. Your primary responsibility will be to rebuild, refine and prepare approved packaging designs for production, ensuring typography, spacing, alignment, consistency and technical accuracy are of the highest standard.
This is not a traditional graphic design or prepress role. We're looking for someone who instinctively notices when something doesn't look right and has the confidence to improve artwork while respecting the original design intent. You take pride in refining packaging artwork so every file is visually polished, consistent and production-ready.
You'll work across international FMCG brands, adapting artwork across multiple SKUs while maintaining complete consistency throughout every product range. As our business continues to grow, there will also be opportunities to contribute to packaging design and creative development.
Please note: This role is only suitable for candidates with commercial FMCG packaging artwork experience. If your background is primarily in marketing, advertising, social media, branding, web design, video production or general graphic design, this position is unlikely to be the right fit. Applications without a commercial packaging portfolio will not be considered.
Rebuild approved packaging designs into high-quality production artwork.
Adapt artwork across multiple SKUs while maintaining complete consistency.
Refine typography, spacing, alignment and layout to achieve the highest visual standard.
Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork following client and printer specifications.
Review artwork for quality, accuracy and brand consistency before release.
Identify visual inconsistencies and recommend improvements where appropriate.

Support packaging design development and creative refinement where required.

Proven experience adapting packaging artwork across multiple SKUs and product ranges.
Commercial FMCG packaging portfolio required. Applications without packaging examples will not be considered.
Advanced Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign skills.
Excellent typography, layout and visual refinement skills.
Strong understanding of commercial print and packaging production.
Exceptional attention to detail and visual judgement.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
You'll be someone who naturally notices the details others miss.
You have an exceptional eye for typography, spacing, alignment, hierarchy and consistency. You understand that outstanding packaging artwork isn\'t just about following a brief—it\'s about using professional judgement to ensure every file looks polished, balanced and production-ready.
You don\'t simply execute instructions. You refine artwork, improve consistency across product ranges and recognise when something can be made better while maintaining the original design intent.
You enjoy taking an approved design and elevating it through craftsmanship, attention to detail and exceptional finished artwork.
Applications without a portfolio demonstrating commercial FMCG packaging artwork will not be considered.
Your portfolio should include examples of:
