Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in financial services with at least 5 years in money markets.
• Strong understanding of Indian debt markets and regulatory developments.
• CA or MBA in Finance; CFA would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed income portfolios in line with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement portfolio strategies across duration and yield curve positioning.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams and external market participants.
• Ensure portfolio risks are monitored and managed.
• Contribute to investment committee discussions and risk analysis.
