Job summary

Nat Re - National Reinsurance Corporation of the Philippines is seeking an experienced FX and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager to oversee foreign exchange exposures and fixed income investments.

You will monitor FX movements, implement hedging strategies, manage liquidity and ensure adherence to investment guidelines, reporting to the Head of Investments. The role requires collaboration with portfolio teams to strengthen profitability and balance sheet stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or related field.
• Familiarity with FX trading and hedging; knowledge of fixed income.
• Experience in treasury, liquidity management or ALM.
• CTP, CFA level or designation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FX exposures and fixed income investments.
• Monitor FX movements and hedging strategies to mitigate risk.
• Manage liquidity and ensure optimal fund utilization.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports and coordinate with Head of Investments.
• Collaborate with Fund Managers and FMAP activities.
