Job summary

SimCorp Manila is seeking a Lead Service Delivery Technical Consultant to join our SaaS Operations team. You will support our clients by delivering production support and service delivery for SimCorp Dimension, working with global teams across APAC/EMEA.

The role requires 7–10 years in asset management or related fields, strong SQL, BI and data warehousing competencies, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in time-sensitive situations with a proactive, client-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience within asset management, funds management or custodian.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, BI and data warehousing tools.
• Degree in finance/economics/mathematics/computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Be the key contact for clients regarding production support and maintain relationships.
• Analyze problems in solutions and system operations within agreed SLAs.
• Advise clients on configuration maintenance and enhancements for optimal use of SimCorp services.
• Co-operate with global colleagues to share knowledge and ensure efficient client solutions.
• Work APAC/EMEA shift; occasional weekend/public holiday work and possible extended hours.
