Job summary

Avaloq, a Switzerland-based leader in wealth management technology, seeks a specialist for the Object modelling, Financial Instruments & Feeds team. You will provide maintenance and small enhancements for CH/FL SaaS clients with emphasis on static data.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree, 5+ years in fintech, programming skills (XML, scripting), Avaloq certification, and strong English communication. Hybrid work in Makati is offered with global collaboration.

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science/Physics/Engineering/Math or comparable education.
At least 5 years of work experience in fintech.
Programming skills (any language, XML, shell scripting, etc.).
Avaloq certification.
Knowledge of financial instruments and data feeds (e.g., SIX).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent client orientation and communication skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

Provide application management and support for Object modelling, Financial Instr. & Feeds topics.
Categorize, analyze and reproduce client issues.
Provide workarounds for incidents.
Manage information requests and service requests.
Analyze requirements and implement small enhancements.
Implement bug fixes and estimate small enhancements.
Ensure high-quality service and effective communication with customers.
