Job description

This role involves executing and overseeing accurate financial reporting and ensuring compliance with IFRS and corporate guidelines. Key duties include:

Responsibilities

• Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Identifying control gaps and recommending improvements.
• Monitoring KPIs and driving process improvements.
• Managing month‑end, year‑end, and statutory reporting.
• Handling tax computations, statutory books, and audit coordination.
• Reviewing and correcting financial inconsistencies.
• Supporting automation and optimization initiatives.
• Preparing and analysing statutory financial statements.
• Training new team members and collaborating with auditors.
• Supporting transfer pricing and intercompany reconciliation processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of Accounting and Reporting experience in a multinational organisation
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit coordination
• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and corporate finance/accounting standards
• Experience in preparing and analysing statutory financial statements, including tax computations and reconciliation processes
• Excel advanced skills and knowledge of office‑based IT tools
• GL process migration experience
