The ideal candidate is a CPA with 7–10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in banking, and will strengthen internal controls and provide strategic financial insights.

The role covers financial reporting, budgeting, audit coordination, and regulatory submissions, partnering with stakeholders to support decision-making and governance.

Qualifications

• CPA licensure and ability to start ASAP.
• 7–10 years progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• Banking or financial services industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and internal controls.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with standards and regulations.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and reconciliations.
• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate audits.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses; provide insights to management.
