Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling using Microsoft Excel (advanced skills).
• Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
