Job summary

Beyond Horizon Group (BHG) in Metro Manila seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to strengthen FP&A and accounting functions. You will oversee month-end close, reconcile accounts, and help drive accurate financial reporting to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial analysis or FP&A, external audit experience (Big 4 preferred), CPA/ACCA or equivalent, and strong Excel with ERP exposure.

Qualifications

• External Audit experience is required, preferably with a Big 4 accounting firm.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA or Big 4 experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office; experience with ERP or financial systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing activities and conduct regular account reconciliations (e.g., bank, intercompany) to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in the development of the annual corporate budget and periodic financial forecasts.
• Review and analyze budgets and financial statements submitted by each subsidiary / business unit to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
• Transform raw financial data into clear, actionable insights and reports. Conduct detailed variance analysis between actuals and budget, identify root causes, and support management in decision-making.
