Job summary

Randstad Sourceright, a global talent solutions leader, seeks a Sr Finance Analyst to join our implementation team in Mexico to support the finance workstream.

You will consult with stakeholders, lead finance discovery workshops, gather invoicing requirements, and design end-to-end invoicing solutions within VMS/ATS environments, ensuring alignment with local regulations and client needs.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of finance and invoicing experience.
• Experience with MSP/RPO finance processes and invoicing.
• Ability to engage with senior client and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-project management.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

• Act as a financial subject matter expert within the implementation team, consulting with internal and external stakeholders to align client expectations with industry best practices. Lead finance discovery workshops and design end-to-end invoicing solutions, including the development of process flows and the implementation of client and supplier payment strategies within VMS/ATS environments.

We are currently looking for a Sr Finance Analyst who would join our implementation team to support the finance workstream.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Consulting with stakeholders to align client expectations with operational capabilities and best practices
• Leading finance discovery workshops with client and internal stakeholders
• Gathering invoice creation and submission requirements from Clients
• Reading and interpreting contractual documents
• Advising clients and internal stakeholders on finance best practices
• Creating process flows to support requirements, VMS/ATS technology and RSR back office processes
• Implementing client and supplier billing and payment solutions in line with the solution design, RSR capabilities and local legislation
• Compiling the financial requirements documents per program for Client, Ops and Back offices
• Attending weekly internal and external client calls to update and facilitate and resolve any issues in implementation
• Aligning all other work streams on all F&I related issues
• Gather reporting requirements to support implementation
• Creation and maintenance process documentation.
• Supporting others by performing prescribed project management activities following existing procedures.
• Designing VMS/ATS finance reports for client and internal systems to facilitate accurate invoicing

About You:

• Familiar with MSP, RPO services with an emphasis on finance and invoicing processes
• 5+ years F&I experience is preferred
• Confident in engaging with senior client and internal stakeholders
• Comfortable leading a project workstream
• Diligent and attention to detail
• Can Easily manage multiple projects at a time
• Willingness to work in a team and also to take responsibility for tasks and projects independently
• Experience working in a project based, fast growing and changing environment.
• Excellent Microsoft Office/google for business applications skills.
• Experience in stakeholder management up to upper management
• Analytical, quick learner with drive to continuously improve
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Systems, CRM databases and analytic tools, would be advantageous
