Job summary

Randstad Sourceright, a global talent solutions leader, seeks a Sr Finance Analyst to join our implementation team in Mexico to support the finance workstream.

You will consult with stakeholders, lead finance discovery workshops, gather invoicing requirements, and design end-to-end invoicing solutions within VMS/ATS environments, ensuring alignment with local regulations and client needs.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of finance and invoicing experience.
• Experience with MSP/RPO finance processes and invoicing.
• Ability to engage with senior client and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-project management.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Consult with stakeholders to align client expectations with capabilities and best practices.
• Lead finance discovery workshops with client and internal stakeholders.
• Gather invoice creation and submission requirements from clients.
• Read and interpret contractual documents and design end-to-end invoicing solutions.
• Create and maintain process documentation for VMS/ATS finance.
