Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking a Financial Accountant (General Ledger) to join the team onsite at Jollibee Tower, Ortigas. The role covers recurring financial reporting, balance sheet controls and reconciliations, project accounting and operational finance support.

Responsibilities include dashboards, WIP maintenance, weekly and monthly reporting, ledger close support and process improvements through automation. Strong Excel, US GAAP knowledge and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of US GAAP or AU Accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP or similar large-scale ERP desirable.
• Strong financial accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, reporting and data analysis skills.
• Advanced Excel skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, circulate and review weekly dashboards; investigate outstanding items and coordinate follow-up with stakeholders.
• Maintain Capital WIP files for all Group companies fortnightly; follow up supporting information and project status.
• Prepare recurring finance and operational reports weekly; create additional reports as required.
• Complete allocated balance sheet reconciliations; investigate differences and escalate as needed.
• Support the monthly ledger close process; adhere to timetable and complete close activities.
• Provide backup coverage for key reporting processes and cross-train in finance functions.
• Improve dashboards, reports, reconciliations and finance processes through automation and better use of systems.
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis for finance projects; ensure timely delivery.
