Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• 2–4 years in general accounting or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel with strong spreadsheet management.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Record and process financial transactions including AP/AR and GL entries.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash accounts, and ledgers for accuracy.
• Prepare and review journal entries per accounting standards and policies.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist with AP/AR tasks, invoicing, and payment scheduling.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with audit preparation and respond to audit inquiries.
• Support tax compliance and filing as directed.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to meet reporting deadlines.
