• CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 3–4+ years of professional experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Balance sheet reconciliations: complete and accurate.
• Close financial periods timely per closing calendar and SLA.
• Support internal and external audits and statutory reporting.
• Maintain strong internal controls and compliance with US GAAP.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff and BPO partners.
