• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the company's financial accounting and reporting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial statements.
• Ensure all financial records and transactions are accurate, compliant, and in line with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses for management, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate audits and tax-related matters.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and development opportunities.
• Support the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and controls.
