Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• 12–15 years finance experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership.
• Experience in water utilities, infrastructure, energy, or regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and long-term planning for water utilities.
• Oversee financial reporting, controls, and governance with auditors/regulators.
• Support tariff setting, regulatory submissions, and cost management.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, and funding strategies including debt financing.
• Provide financial due diligence and modeling for projects and PPPs.
