You will coordinate annual audits, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and lead a team to deliver accurate financial statements on time. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential.

Experience in construction or water treatment industries is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate with BS in Accountancy and active CPA license.
• 5–10 years of experience in the accounting field.
• Managerial experience in cost accounting or general accounting, preferably in construction or water/wastewater/environmental industries.
• Proficient in accounting software and financial management systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including month-/year-end close.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, and general ledger.
• Lead budgeting, cash forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate annual audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop improvements to financial systems and internal controls.
• Supervise staff to ensure timely, accurate reporting.
• Maintain fiscal records and documentation of transactions.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to prepare financial reports.
• Oversee depreciation and asset management.
