People Work Smart Services Philippines Inc. seeks a Senior Finance & Operations Officer for an Australian Family Office, based onsite in Clark, Pampanga.

You will oversee FP&A, investment and asset tracking, and bookkeeping across Australian GST/BAS requirements, working directly with leadership and international advisers. The role requires 5+ years in accounting/finance, 2+ years in senior roles, and strong Excel and Xero skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in accounting/finance experience.
• 2+ years in Senior Accountant, Management Accountant, or Financial Controller role.
• International context: experience working remotely for Australian/overseas business.
• Advanced Excel modeling and pivot tables.
• Hands-on Xero expertise.

Responsibilities

• FP&A reporting: build and maintain monthly finance packs with variance commentaries.
• Investment register: track maturities, coupons, and yields for fixed-income portfolio.
• Asset tracking: consolidate quarterly data, capital calls, valuations from fund managers.
• Bookkeeping & payables: manage Xero GL, code journals, prepare Australian GST/BAS data, process supplier payments.
• Drive momentum: track Board/investment meeting actions and ensure deliverables.
• Board prep: prepare briefing papers and financial slide packs.
• Liaison: act as central contact for internal principals, banks, fund managers, advisers.
