Job summary

NTT DATA Payment Services Philippines, Inc. is recruiting a Senior Finance Manager / Finance Director for Operations to lead general accounting, internal control enforcement, and financial reporting across the company and affiliates.

The role covers accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, project accounting, trade receivables, and regulatory tax returns, ensuring policy compliance and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payables – Processing of supplier purchase orders, supplier invoices, payment requisitions, posting of payments and allocation of the same to invoices, supplier dispute resolution and preparation of payables reports including aged analysis reports.
• Payroll – Prepare the company payroll and maintain necessary records.
• General Ledger – Maintain the company GL and ensure that all transactions are correctly posted and have the necessary supporting documentation.
• Bank – Review of company bank accounts including daily bank movement review and monthly bank reconciliation and other bank facilities reports.
• Posting – Preparation and posting of approved General Journal Entries and all other documents of original entry.
• Fixed Assets Register – Maintain the company FA register and ensure it is updated with the additions, disposals, depreciation, revaluation on a monthly basis.
• Project Accounting – Preparation of project management accounts and reports, ensuring internal control systems are complied with.
• Trade Receivables – Management of trade receivables including raising and posting of invoices, preparation and sending of customer statements, debt collection.
• Tax & Other Regulations – Ensure the company complies to the tax and other regulations.
• Returns – Prepare tax and other regulatory returns including VAT, WHT, Income Tax, SSS, PHIC, HDMF and any other statutory return.

Job description

The Finance Manager is responsible for general accounting of the company and/or any of its affiliates as assigned by the Finance Controller. The Finance Manager will ensure compliance with the company financial policies and procedure manual and the enforcement of the company's internal control systems and ensuring the integrity of accounting information when recording, verifying and posting transactions.

Key responsibilities

Accounts Payables – Processing of supplier purchase orders, supplier invoices, payment requisitions, posting of payments and allocation of the same to invoices, supplier dispute resolution and preparation of payables reports including aged analysis reports.

Payroll – Prepare the company payroll and maintain necessary records.

General Ledger – Maintain the company GL and ensure that all transactions are correctly posted and have the necessary supporting documentation. Ensure that all documents are posted in the correct nominal account, subsidiary accounts and cost centers where applicable.

Bank – Review of company bank accounts including daily bank movement review and monthly bank reconciliation and other bank facilities reports.

Posting – Preparation and posting of approved General Journal Entries and all other documents of original entry.

Fixed Assets Register – Maintain the company FA register and ensure it is updated with the additions, disposals, depreciation, revaluation on a monthly basis. Prepare the PPE schedule on a monthly basis.

Project Accounting – Preparation of project management accounts and reports, ensuring internal control systems are complied with. Maintain project related documents and perform any project management responsibilities as discussed with Finance Controller.

Trade Receivables – Management of trade receivables including raising and posting of invoices, preparation and sending of customer statements, customer dispute resolution, debt collection, preparation and review of debtors aged listing and bad debt provision schedules.

Tax & Other Regulations – Ensure the company complies to the tax and other regulations.

Returns – Prepare tax and other regulatory returns including VAT, WHT, Income Tax, SSS, PHIC, HDMF and any other statutory return.
