Qualifications

• CPA certification is required and must be valid.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Accounting, Treasury & Cash Management, and Business Planning functions.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and management accounts.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, funding requirements, banking relationships, and financial resources.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance monitoring.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management on profitability, costs, investments, and business decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, controls, systems, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial policies.
• Monitor the performance of finance departments and ensure achievement of financial targets.
