Job summary

Our Clients in Ortigas, Pasig, is seeking a Business Controlling Finance Manager to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in a hybrid setup.

You will partner with business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making, while driving cost controls and robust reporting.

The role requires 5–8 years of finance experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA or CMA is an advantage.
• At least 5–8 years of finance, FP&A, business controlling, or commercial finance experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP/reporting systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
