Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate risk and sources of misstatement for significant processes.
• Maintain relationships with control owners for SOX guidance.
• Develop presentations for Management and Audit Committee.
• Communicate with partners across levels and initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams to advance key initiatives.
• Perform complex activities with financial and operational impact.
• Serve as SME for area of expertise and timelines.
• Stay current on SOX/SOC/CCAR changes.
